If you haven’t started watching Heroes yet, it may be time to start getting into it. According to sources, Bruce will be playing a reoccuring role on the show. Heroes is a show about ordinary people who discover that they have superhuman powers. It’s a show up Bruce’s alley and I, for one, am curious as to what type of character he is going to play. And if his character will die. Again. (For some reason people just like to kill off his characters! Yeesh!)
For those of you who have never seen Heroes, be sure to check out their official website at http://www.nbc.com/Heroes/! Stay tuned for more as we watch this secret role unfold!

… from the moving hiatus! The Santa family just purchased a new home and we’re fairly settled in. So now it’s time to clean up a bit and update all the fans. There has been quite a lot of buzz going around in the Boxleitner world - His appearance at FedConn in Bonn, Germany and the confirmation of his appearance at the 25th Anniversary. We’ll have some updates and links to stories popping up throughout the day!

We’ve been doing a little work on our photo pages, cleaning up the links, changing the layout, etc. Hoe you like the work, it’s by no means done yet… but at least it looks a bit tidier!

We’re proud to announce our incorporation of Amazon.com into the SMKFans site. Through this new offering you can now purchase various movies and books that feature the stars of SMK. Visit the SMKFans Store to find that obscure Bruce movie you’ve been looking for. Proceeds from items purchased through the store help keep this site active - so celebrate your inner SMK by taking a peek!
Here are some of my recommendations:
- Kate Jackson in Loverboy - Favorite Line: “I can’t have the anchovies - I’m a married woman!”
- Beverly Garland in Swamp Women - She’s tough, she carries a gun, and she’s a swamp woman!
- Bruce Boxleitner reads Hellion - SMK 20th Anniversary - the best audio book ever to take on a 7 hour car ride!
- Martha Smith in Animal House - “P-I-G, pig!”
- Mel Stewart in Made in America - his last role - we miss you Billy Melrose!
