Plot Summary:
After someone tries to kill him, Lee plays dead to investigate the assassinations of several agents.
Romantic/Cute:
I always loved the scene where Lee walks into Amanda’s family room and Amanda is overjoyed he is alive. Lots of hugs and smiles.
Bloopers:
As Sinclair steps out of the bathroom to capture Lee, he slips on the rug in Lee’s bedroom and almost falls.
Russell Sinclair and Lee duel in Lee’s living room as the fuse is burning on the floor. It looks like this scene took a couple takes because you see the flame of the burning fuse, about 12 inches of previously burned carpet and then the rest of the unburned fuse.
Favorite Quote(s):
Lee: Francine and I haven’t played backgammon in years.
_____
Lee: So where do you want me to put my things, huh?
Amanda: Guatemala.
_____
Lee: I hate plaid. I look like the front seat of a Desoto.
_____
Lee: Hey now look man, me and the chick here paid for some privacy and we expect it, so beat it huh. You tell Eddie, uh, the alcoholic to put in some ear plugs if he don’t like it.
_____
Amanda: Do you know what it must take to offend that man’s sense of decency? I’m so glad I was the one to do it.
_____
Interesting Facts:
Look at the doors in Lee’s apartment. In “If Thoughts Could Kill” and “The ACM Kid” the doors were painted white, now they are a natural wood.
This is the only episode that doesn’t have a ‘tag’.
Lee’s car is in the shop and he’s driving a rental in this ep.
Amanda, Dotty and the boys have gone to Georgetown for the weekend but a huge storm sends them back home.
Lee’s apartment number in this episode is 805.
