This little gem was found in my SMK clippings, it is from the October 25-31, 1986 TV Guide and was featured in the Grapevine Section:

Scarecrow and Mrs. Stetson?
No, they haven’t changed the title of CBS’s Scarecrow and Mrs. King yet, but the slowly simmering relationship between Lee Stetson and Amanda King (Bruce Boxleitner, Kate Jackson) will definitely be percolating in an upcoming episode. Seems that when his partner in espionage is kidnapped by a terrorist, Lee gets so emotionally worked up trying to rescue her that he winds up proposing marriage. Says an insider: “It seems like the only decent thing. After all, they’ve already declared their love for each other.”
